All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in separate service agreements and proposals. We commit to delivering high-quality work that meets professional industry standards.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, necessary assets, and timely feedback to ensure project success. Delays caused by extended response times may impact delivery schedules.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity. This includes the transmission of any harmful code, malware, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
4. Payment and Pricing
Our pricing structure is transparent and outlined in project proposals. For our Premium Version offer, we are currently celebrating our 15th anniversary with special pricing terms available through our product page.
Payment terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. All prices are in US Dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom deliverables. Equateum Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
Equateum Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
